I just watched Alamar, a Mexican film that's been on the festival circuit since last year. Nothing happens in it, is just a man and his son in Banco Chinchorro just fishing and playing with a bird and nothing else, but I really really liked it. We went to see Daniela this afternoon. She's so adorable omg. After she ate she gave us an show of all her facial expressions: pouty, sleepy, smiley! AAWW. Christmas is going to be awesome with her.

We went this morning to the hospital to meet Daniela, my cousin's daughter. She has so much hair!! It's incredible, I laughed so much when I saw her. I was impressed because she stayed awake for the whole time we were there, with her eyes open, and when my cousin had her on his lap she even moved her head to "look" at him! I think my aunt's dog is the luckiest dog in the planet. He only dislocated his hip after the fall! So the options were surgery or leave it heal by itself, and that's what they are going to do. So in a few months he will be back to normal, maybe not 100% but he will walk fine. And he doesn't have any internal injuries ( Read more... )

I've just finished Casanova, the BBC film. It was awesome. Witty and funny but also touching. You could tell it was writen by RTD and Tennant is amazing. I didn't really like the parts with Rose Byrne, though I guess standing next to Peter O'Toole makes the little flaws even more evident xD.
